Michael Tedesco
President & CEO
Michael Tedesco is a banking industry veteran with thirty years of experience working in commercial banks. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Alpine Capital Bank, Mr. Tedesco is responsible for managing Alpine Capital Bank's strategic direction and planning, and regulatory oversight. Prior to joining Alpine Capital Bank, Mr. Tedesco was the Chief Financial Officer and President of Modern Bank from 2007 through 2023. Prior to joining Modern Bank in 2007, Mr. Tedesco was the Controller of Union State Bank, a $3.0 billion NYSE listed public bank, where he spent thirteen years.
Mr. Tedesco has been hands on in overseeing critical areas of commercial banks, while navigating through several market crises during the last thirty years and has followed a career path that has led to his current executive position.
Mr. Tedesco has earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University. He has also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Binghamton University. Mr. Tedesco has passed all parts of the New York Certified Public Accountant Examination. He has served as Director and Treasurer of People-to-People, the largest food pantry in Rockland County. Mr. Tedesco has also served as President and Director of the Rockland County Division of the American Heart Association.
Grant J. Reichlin
Senior Credit Officer
As head of Alpine’s Loan Department, Mr. Reichlin oversees all aspects of the lending processes at the Bank. Mr. Reichlin has extensive experience in finance and in the mortgage industry. Mr. Reichlin joined Alpine from City National Bank, at which he was a Senior Loan Officer supporting private banking and wealth management. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a Mortgage Broker at Apple Mortgage Corp. Mr. Reichlin started his career in Investment Banking in Mergers and Acquisitions at Bear Stearns & Co. and Gruppo, Levey & Co., followed by several years as the CFO and Director of Business Development at Fortress Global, a Private Investigations and Security startup. Mr. Reichlin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Natalia Rostovtseva
Controller
As Controller of Alpine Capital Bank, Natalia Rostovtseva is responsible for various financial, accounting, budgeting, and analytical functions for the Bank and its strategic decisions. Ms. Rostovtseva has more than 15 years of experience in private and non-profit finance and accounting. Ms. Rostovtseva earned her B.S. in Business and Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dulce Marcano
Account Officer
Dulce Marcano was promoted to Account Officer in 2017 and manages client relationships and addresses client account opening and transaction processing. Ms. Marcano joined Alpine in 2007 and has broad experience with both operational and customer service functions. After graduating from Smith College in 2005 with a B.S in Economics and Latin American Studies, Ms. Marcano worked on the FX trading floor for Man Capital for two years, handling incoming phone calls, tickets, and e-mail requests and assigning and monitoring sales tickets for floor traders.
Betsy Lim
Vice President / Loan Officer
As Vice President, Betsy Lim serves as one of the Bank’s Loan Officers. Her responsibilities include servicing loans, credit underwriting for prospective and existing loans, and preparing annual loan reviews. Ms. Lim joined the Bank in 2005 with international commercial banking and finance experience gained in the Philippines and Hong Kong. She received a BSc in Business Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Kerianne Nardi
Regulatory Compliance Officer
Kerianne Nardi is the Regulatory Compliance Officer at Alpine Capital Bank. Kerianne provides oversight of the Bank’s compliance activities which include, among others, consumer compliance and Bank Secrecy Act laws. Kerianne works closely with the Bank’s President and CEO to ensure business priorities and compliance requirements are aligned.
Over the course of her career, Kerianne has held several management positions in banking operations and audit. Kerianne holds a degree in Economics from Fordham University.
